Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- •You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date
- •You are not satisfied with the quality of your generated resume
- •You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

Include your details
Provide the email address used for purchase and your order/transaction ID (if available)
Receive your refund
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we aim to process it within 3-5 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution. Typically, you'll see the refund within 5-10 business days after processing.
Refund Method
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method.
Exceptions
While we strive to be generous with our refund policy, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- •Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- •Evidence of service abuse or fraud
- •Multiple refund requests from the same user
Technical Issues
If you experienced technical difficulties that prevented you from completing the resume generation process or receiving your resume, please contact us immediately. We will either resolve the issue so you can receive your resume or process a full refund, regardless of the 7-day window.
