Description of Service

VoxResume is an AI-powered resume generation service that creates professional resumes through voice-based interviews. Our service includes:

• •AI processing to extract and organize your career achievements
• •Generation of a professionally formatted, ATS-optimized PDF resume
• •Up to 5 edits to refine your generated resume

Pricing and Payment

Our service is offered at a flat fee of $5 USD per resume. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges or subscriptions.

• •All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• •Payment is required before accessing the resume generation service

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your generated resume, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

User Responsibilities

When using VoxResume, you agree to:

• •Use the service only for lawful purposes
• •Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI systems

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all information you provide and the final resume generated for you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your resume as you see fit.

Our Service: The VoxResume service, including our AI technology, algorithms, website design, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Cavalier Ventures LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our service.

Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to produce high-quality resumes, please note:

• •We do not guarantee job placement or interview callbacks
• •AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy before submission to employers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXRESUME AND CAVALIER VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($5 USD).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cavalier Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Delaware.

Severability
